As the veil thins; you can expect to receive strong insights this week, Aries. Guidance coming your way and it is likely to be especially clear at this time. You need to take time out for this work; to rest; to meditate; to get adequate sleep; because if you continue ploughing on as you have been then you might miss this opportunity. XVII – The Star / Knight of Swords
Things are clarifying for you, Taurus. Coming out of the darkness with a clear idea of what you do and where you go next. This may have been a tough period for you, with a cloud of uncertainty over your relationships, career, or for some of you I feel major concerns over your health. But now those dark clouds are starting to part and the way ahead is starting to be illuminated. And that is where you must focus. Your mind may have been going a mile a minute during these times of stress; and now that is starting to ease and possibilities are opening up; it may be going a mile a minute in wanting to charge after them. So some calm is called for because you will need to prioritise and you will need to focus your mind and your efforts. You have tempting options, but what looks brightest to you? What is likely to endure and to bring the most joy; and provide a springboard to further success in the future? That has to be foremost in your mind at this time. But first, catch your breath. Gemini:
Shadow Work / I – The Magician
Gemini is feeling blocked. Maybe even cut off. Effort is going in on the surface but you’re getting stuck. Mired. Potentially going round and round in circles; yet only finding limited or even diminishing returns as manifestation just isn’t coming off in the way that you most clearly intend. Reaching for your own power and yet it’s like one hand is tied behind your back; not playing with a full deck. Outwardly you may appear calm but inwardly – inwardly you’re frustrated and the harder you fight this, the more it’s restricting you. You naturally operate within the mental realms and it is within those realms that you’re getting trapped – because thought by itself cannot correct this imbalance. This week, Gemini, you need to get in touch with your feelings. With what you repress and what you deny – and the kind of patterns of thought and behaviour that is giving rise to; including the hard time you have been giving yourself over this. What you’re repressing and how deep it goes will be very personal; and for some of you this stuff may be very old indeed. But when we don’t allow that stuff out; when we don’t make it part of ourselves and our lives; it finds ways to thwart us. Journalling and visualisation will be strong tools for you at this time; as well as art or any form of creative expression. Because all of that needs to come out so you can understand how it is that you’re blocking yourself. This is an uncomfortable area; and that discomfort is ultimately why you repress it. But while we are all conditioned to do this; it is never beneficial in the long-term. The more of this you work through, the more you can unlock; and it is in accepting the totality of your inner world that you will be able to reshape the outer. The alternative is the same frustrations getting bigger and bigger; and looking for someone to blame. It’s time to identify what’s really behind it.

Cancer:
King of Cups / King of Wands
You’ve been battling to stay on top of your feelings, Cancer. And you do feel more than most and that is a lot to carry around. But it feels like for many of you, you have been struggling to accept this part of yourself of late; you’re getting angry with yourself; even beating yourself up for your emotionality. “Pull yourself together!” “It’s not that bad!” “Why am I like this?” Harsh judgements that you make upon yourself; and that don’t feel like they come from a place of love. You don’t have to apologise for your depth of feeling, Cancer; it is one of your greatest strengths, if only you would accept it and learn to respond to it instead of this reactivity that you often turn against yourself. This week is bringing this into particularly sharp focus; but it’s doing so to enable you to adapt. If something makes you angry, get angry. If something upsets or disappoints you, it is OK to get sad. If something is lost to you, it’s OK to grieve. What matters is to feel, accept and acknowledge all of these; without letting them run the show. But it feels like you need a creative outlet. It feels like you need to express yourself. Because these experiences aren’t here for you to wallow in self-pity any more than they are for you to give yourself a hard time – you need to express them constructively. So it comes down to working with them, to asserting yourself healthily; and allowing this to drive both creativity and spiritual development. This runs parallel to your healing, as well as probably being deeply healing in itself. Be gentle and kind with yourself; but look for that outlet. A sense of injustice can fuel passion. Your deep feelings also offer deep empathy; and that can be used to help many others. By understanding your feelings; you will understand yourself and what direction you need to move into. This can all be poured into creativity; into work; and into your own spiritual development. This isn’t easy to master, but it is your greatest gift – celebrate this part of you and work to harness it.

Leo:
XVIII – The Moon / Page of Swords
You have some old, old stuff coming up, Leo – it’s no wonder you feel destabilised when you’ve held it down for so long. You don’t often like to make a fuss, but there’s no ignoring this. For a lot of you, it feels like really old family stuff is haunting you at this time; or else old family patterns are playing out in your life and though you don’t identify with them; their prominence and impact is throwing you off balance. For those of you with children; you may be caught totally off-guard by your reactions or even behaviours towards them; along the lines of “Where did that come from?”. This may even be causing you to start to distrust yourself. It’s important to note that this is a phase; it’s not totality and nor is it forever; but it is coming up at this time so you can feel, understand and release it. The patterns of our ancestors are passed down, as are their wounds and hurts, and it is in recognising them as such that we can begin to break these cycles; rather than giving into the fear of turning into our parents (some of you are feeling this strongly at this time). You need to work to recognise what is yours and what is not – what is an old programme running in the background that needs to be stripped away and laid to rest. You shouldn’t overthink this one – your first perception is likely to be the most accurate. And that tells you what you can be letting go of – leaving you lighter and more able to act authentically and lovingly.

Virgo:
Knight of Cups / King of Cups
Someone’s got you in their sights, Virgo. Someone wants to woo you; as Venus drops back from Scorpio into the easier climate of Libra. So while you may be regaining a bit of personal balance, refinding your footing; someone wants to upset the apple cart. This is likely to be a water sign – Cancer, Scorpio or Pisces (Sun, Moon or Rising); and they certainly know how to charm you. Whether they have substance to go with the style is something you will need to identify. You’re not someone who gives it away easily – you like people to work to prove themselves; although you may be more open to someone more superficial at this time without realising it. Cos this person’s got the moves, and they’re appealing to a deep longing within you. You don’t need to rule anything in or out at this time. There’s a suggestion of an age gap here – not necessarily a huge one; but you may be at different levels of emotional maturity. Libra:
Seven of Wands / Five of Cups
Oh Libra. Libra, Libra, Libra. You’re really hurting. This cuts really deep for you. It didn’t just end or fall apart – it happened really suddenly. Like the light or your hope suddenly being blacked out. Even if this has been a pattern or happened over time; the blow that just struck is what has knocked you to the ground. And now it’s a struggle. Feeling like the earth crumbled beneath you and now you’re not sure where you are or what you do. Be patient, and be gentle with yourself because this is tough and the dust is still settling. For now; what you desired, what you reached and worked so hard for, may feel further out of reach than ever. Overwhelmingly this seems to be playing out in relationships. And in the moment, they’re something you need to leave alone and concentrate on finding stability in other parts of your life. Maybe you didn’t see the warning signs, maybe there weren’t any obvious ones; but at this stage it doesn’t matter and there’s nothing to be gained by going over and over things in your mind – what’s done is done and there’s no sense in digging yourself in even deeper. Instead you need to focus on what is under your control, what you can move forward on – that chink of light that you can glimpse and can move towards. This isn’t forever, but it is for now, and your resilience and determination are absolutely key. Because that is your way forward – that is your guiding light and your route to rebuilding what may be shattered self-confidence. If you need to, take the time to identify and journal about your own strongest qualities because self-love is vital here. But do it whilst moving forward on what you can – humbled but not broken – it’s a steady climb upwards from here, so it’s best to get moving.

Scorpio:
VI – The Lovers / Divine Wisdom
A big decision for you, Scorpio; and a test of both your values and of how far you have come in the past year. With the Sun lighting up your sign, and Venus leaving it; you’re reaching crunch time. For some this is about relationships but for most it seems to be about career. Some of you even have an opportunity to move. To move far away and to begin almost a totally new life. But there’s indecision here; because if you make this commitment; it is a big break with how things have been up until now. So don’t rush this one. Look for signs, look for synchronicities and really get into your feelings. Some of you will be helped a lot by praying to a higher power at this time; or connecting in whatever sense is most meaningful to you; and you need to be asking for clarity; however it comes. Whatever methods allow you to connect to higher and to source are going to benefit you here; because this isn’t straightforward. But crucially that is also the level that you need to approach this choice on. It can’t be made based on material considerations or any sense of lack; because at this time that will steer you away from what is in alignment with your own deepest needs. With this, you do need this decision to be heart-felt; those feelings, and what you receive; are what you can ultimately trust here – and that trust must then also be placed in the Universe; to support you in whatever you decide. If you can follow that; then trust that someone does have your back here. And that a bright future does await you.

Sagittarius:
Queen of Swords / Eight of Cups
You’re ready to leave something behind, Sagittarius. Something that feels like it’s gone on altogether too long; and the spark seems to have been visibly fading; leaving you unfulfilled and you don’t feel like you want this any more; it’s not enough for you. This feels like it’s happening mostly within relationships – and where this was once a loving atmosphere now it feels cold; you’re becoming more reactive; every one of the flaws you perceive in your partner is magnified – you may even feel bitter or resentful about the time you’ve spent with them. At the very least, you need a break from this; because in the heat of the furnace, you’re not in a position to make a clear decision. Time apart is advisable here – and that doesn’t have to mean a full-on separation but you do need that space to breathe and gather your thoughts. Because one or both of you might overreact here; harsh words could be exchanged, and hostilities could escalate. A break of this nature is preferable to rushing into any kind of final decision. It is in your own space and time that you will be able to reassess things more calmly and rationally. Which is not to say it won’t be goodbye; just that you shouldn’t give this away cheaply. Whether you can both adapt, grow, and come back together; is very much an open question at this time. Give yourself the space and give this relationship the respect that are deserved – after all, you have invested a lot into this. Having taken that time, you’ll have a much clearer idea of what to do.

Capricorn:
Page of Swords / Ace of Wands
It’s time to leave something behind, Capricorn; or possibly it’s more like freeing yourself from something. You don’t always know when to quit, do you? If something isn’t working, you often go for brute force and determination to try to force the issue. An excellent strength but occasionally your undoing. Because throwing good money after bad isn’t always to your advantage; and sometimes this just leads to you working yourself into the ground. It’s hard to admit defeat – it’s a blow to your pride and to your self-image. And yet sometimes both of these will actually benefit in the long-term from doing just that. So this week is about re-evaluating for you. Re-assessing your goals and your priorities; and deciding whether your current course of action does indeed take you towards them; or whether it leads to a dead-end – or even to boxing yourself in. The thing is, you actually know the answer to this one already; you just need to pull back from those compulsive behaviours in order to recognise and acknowledge it. All that energy that could be better deployed elsewhere; focused on new goals; maybe on things that you’ve avoided starting or committing to. Probably not on a get-rich-quick scheme; but this is where you can re-deploy that tenacity of yours to great effect. Some of you have really been struggling to see the wood for the trees because you’ve been burying yourself so much in your endeavours. Come up out of it, take a very deep breath, and start to re-orient yourself. Because there is something calling to you, and it’s time to stop ignoring it and start planting fresh seeds. Aquarius:
King of Pentacles / Page of Cups
Dreamy, dreamy, dreamy. At least that’s how you see the person coming into your life. This is someone successful, grounded, probably very well dressed and presented and to say the least you’re very drawn in by them, Aquarius. You admire their accomplishments; you admire how much commitment they put into all that they do; and you don’t just admire that – you want it. You want it and you’re going to do what you can to get it. A hypnotic time and you want to win their heart – you’re probably already planning romantic gestures; craving as you do the potential security that they offer. And who’s to say you shouldn’t go after them – they have caught your eye for a reason, after all. But they are very grounded, and so you need to ensure you are too. It’s OK to daydream, just make sure you’re not trying to live in one too – the romantic side of things will be a lot of fun, but you still need to get to know them over time. Warts and all. So enjoy yourself but don’t rush into anything – what can be built over time is what will stand the test of time. Ensure your expectations are still rooted somewhere in reality – if you float a bit too high then it can be a nasty fall. So take it step by step; but by all means go after the object of your heart’s desire.

Pisces:
King of Swords / Four of Pentacles
You’re kinda static at the moment, Pisces. Seemingly motivated by fear, by material concerns; you keep looking over your shoulder and waiting for the penny to drop. And that’s an OK stance to take – for a time – there’s nothing wrong with being vigilant; but sometimes that can spill over into paranoia. So a clear head is called for. A clear head that you haven’t been achieving in the midst of your worries. A lot of you need to get out and either into nature, or ideally doing something active to get the cobwebs cleared out of your thinking. Because you can’t stay like this – not forever – either you make a move or the Universe will make the next move for you. Just getting out of this space for a bit will allow you to be far more objective about your situation. Because there’s a good chance there’s something you’ve been subconsciously avoiding. And when you realise that, you’ll wonder how you missed it – a proper facepalm moment. At the moment, your level of worry threatens to do you some genuine harm. Not easy to snap out of, but that’s why you need to make yourself. So you actually have a chance to smell the roses, and to understand exactly what it is that you need to do next.
